Darlene brings a well-rounded approach to training that is rooted in both theory and hands-on experience by being accredited as a Certified Level 1 and 2 Powerlifting Coach, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer (ACE CPT) and ACE Metabolic Conditioning.

Also certified as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Nutrition Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Darlene is able to provide comprehensive coaching that addresses not just strength, but also movement efficiency, injury prevention and optimal nutrition for the athletes.
