Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return/refund policy, which grants you the opportunity to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase in the form given to you.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please be aware that returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you discover any defects or damages or receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to ensure a prompt exchange for the desired item, we recommend returning the item you currently possess. Once the return is accepted, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new desired item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period:

In addition to the aforementioned policy, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. As previously mentioned, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
